Transmission
Upgrades:
Unfortunatley,
our freinds at Dodge, don't have the same appreciation for
power that we do. Therefore, when you modify your Cummins
engine, transmission upgrades may be necessary. The following
guidelines should help you decide what you need.
Automatics
require a custom valve body upgrade as well as a custom
torque converter when upgarding beyond 60Hp. We offer a
full line of automatic transmission upgardes from Diesel
Transmission Technology. Please call for details, as each
transmission upgrade is customized for your application.
Standard
shift transmissions will require a clutch upgrade when power
increases reach the 100 Hp. level. We carry the complete
line of SouthBend
clutches.
